Professional biography
Christina Delisio brings a unique combination of legal experience, environmental expertise, and public service to her practice.
Throughout her career, she has built a reputation as a thoughtful advocate with a deep understanding of regulatory matters, liability issues, property disputes, and complex problem-solving.
Christina’s commitment to service began early. Raised in a family dedicated to helping others, she learned the importance of responsibility, integrity, and community involvement. She earned her undergraduate degree in Political Science and History from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, where her interest in public policy, government, and advocacy took root.
Before becoming an attorney, Christina developed extensive experience in the environmental consulting field. Beginning her career conducting lead-based paint inspections, she went on to specialize in asbestos, indoor air quality, environmental site assessments, and regulatory compliance. Her technical knowledge and leadership abilities led her to train inspectors nationwide as a subcontractor for OSHA and the Environmental Protection Agency. Christina’s work with national environmental consulting firms provided her with firsthand experience navigating complex regulations, workplace safety requirements, and environmental risk management.
Christina later earned her Juris Doctor from New England Law | Boston while raising three young children. Her legal education built upon her technical background, allowing her to approach disputes and regulatory challenges with both legal insight and practical experience.
Following law school, Christina practiced law in Maryland, representing clients in matters involving liability, property damage, and litigation. Her prior experience in environmental consulting provided a valuable foundation for handling cases involving technical evidence, regulatory compliance, and complex factual issues. She remains a member of the Maryland Bar.
After returning to Massachusetts in 2014, Christina continued her commitment to service through both her legal practice and involvement in her local community. She served as a leader within the Manchester Essex Booster Club, helping expand support and resources for student-athletes, and was later appointed to the Manchester Planning Board. During her tenure, including service as Vice Chair, Christina worked on zoning matters, community planning initiatives, and policy decisions affecting residents and local businesses.
Today, Christina combines her legal experience, regulatory background, and dedication to her community in representing clients facing challenging legal matters. She approaches each case with careful analysis, practical judgment, and a commitment to achieving thoughtful and effective solutions.
Practical judgment and careful analysis help turn complex factual and regulatory issues into workable solutions for clients.
