Overview

Lance W. Boyer is a law student and paralegal at Denner Lamanna, where he supports the firm’s attorneys in complex civil and criminal litigation, investigations, and high-stakes disputes.

Lance’s work focuses on legal and investigative research, document analysis, case development, and the organization and analysis of complex factual records. He has particular experience working with financial records, corporate documents, digital evidence, and other materials requiring detailed factual and analytical review.

Before entering the legal profession, Lance graduated with high honors from Wentworth Institute of Technology with a degree in Business Management and a concentration in Project Management. His background in business, technology, and project management provides a multidisciplinary perspective that he applies to complex legal matters.

Throughout undergraduate and law school, Lance has won advocacy awards and case competitions—experience that sharpens the research, writing, and strategic analysis he brings to the firm’s cases.

At Denner Lamanna, Lance works closely with the firm’s attorneys to investigate facts, identify relevant evidence, analyze legal and factual issues, and assist in developing litigation strategy. He approaches each matter with an emphasis on rigorous research, precision, and distinguishing what the evidence establishes from what it merely suggests.

Lance is currently pursuing his law degree and has a particular interest in complex litigation, criminal defense, financial disputes, and investigations.

All work is performed under attorney supervision and does not create an attorney-client relationship with the paralegal.
